By accessing the ak ls website, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.

• Accounts created using false information are subject to immediate termination.

• Accounts that remain completely inactive — no login, no deposit, no wager — for an extended period may be subject to dormancy handling as described in the platform's dormant account policy.

All deposits on the ak ls platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation from the provider.

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. ak ls does not accept third-party deposits.
• ak ls does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — check with JazzCash, Easypaisa, or your bank accordingly.
• In the event of a failed or pending deposit, do not attempt the same transaction multiple times without first checking your account balance and contacting support if necessary.
• ak ls reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity or a chargeback risk.

Withdrawal requests are processed by the ak ls payments team and are subject to identity verification checks before funds are released. All withdrawals are paid in PKR to a payment method registered in your own name.

Supported withdrawal channels include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and bank transfer. The processing time for each method is as follows:

• JazzCash & Easypaisa: Most requests are processed within a few hours of submission during standard operating hours.
• Raast & Bank Transfer: Generally settled within the same business day, though bank processing times may vary.
• Cards & Mobile Wallets: Processing times depend on the individual provider and may take up to two business days.

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per method and are displayed in the cashier section. Withdrawals to third-party accounts, names that do not match your registered account, or unverified payment methods will not be processed.

ak ls reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for additional security checks. In such cases, you will be notified and asked to provide supporting documentation if required. Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified within a reasonable timeframe may be returned to your ak ls account balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ak ls platform. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and a permanent ban:

• Registering more than one account for any purpose.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or verification.
• Using another person's payment method, identity, or account details without their full consent.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to play games, manipulate outcomes, or interact with the platform in an unintended way.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage without reporting the issue to support.

ak ls reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common reasons include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspicious or fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or at the player's own request.

• If your account is suspended pending an investigation, you will be notified by email. Access to the account will be restricted until the investigation is concluded.
• If a suspension is lifted and the account is cleared, any legitimate balance will be made available for withdrawal.
• If an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these terms, any balance associated with rule-breaking activity — including bonus-derived winnings — may be forfeited in full.
• Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily — including for responsible gaming reasons — can do so by contacting the support team or using the self-exclusion tool in their account dashboard.

Closed accounts cannot typically be re-opened. If you have self-excluded, re-registration during the exclusion period is not permitted and any account created during that time will be closed immediately upon detection.
